Today we had our first full test-run in Poptahof, Delft! While previous field-tests were quite positive, today we’ve discovered that the IR camera on the eye-tracker is not a big fan of direct sunlight. As soon as we would leave the café where we had set up the equipment, the exposure settings of the eye-tracker could not cope with that much direct sunlight. I guess bad result is also a result… Back to the drawing board 🙂 Next time, we will try during sunset.
Special thanks to Sebnem and Alper for their support!
